Hi

I have read somewhere that the new chicken and pepper kebabs are free which is amazing if it's true. How do you know it's not cooked in oil though? I daren't eat it til I know it's definitely free!!!

According to the syn calculator and the nutritional info from the spoons website, they are indeed free on red and extra easy! Woohoo!!!

Ive had them a good few Times and my losses have been just as good as other weeks .... I add a jacket sometimes and pour the piri piri on my jacket
