Went for my 5week weigh in Yesterday and i was 11st 13lb can't believe it 5weeks ago i was 13st 6lb - Still got a long way to go wanna be 8st 7lb - Well Depending how i look when i get there - i'm only 5ft

BUT HAY FOR NOW !!!!!

I'M 11st 13lb - Woo Hoo !!!!!!!

Well done you - I am exactly the same weight at you now (also ecstatic) but it has taken my longer. 9 weeks SS to do 13.10 to 11.13 (must have the slowest metabolism in the world!).

Have you been SS all this time? How much water etc - I am sooo impressed. Well done you.
