What a difference a month makes...

Well, I'm coming to the end of the 4th week on CD and things have really changed.
My hair is shiny,my nails are long and my skin is glowing.
My PMT symptoms have been virtually nothing...no spots,no mood swings or emotional outbursts
A small bit of craving but nothing I couldnt handle!!
My energy level have increased, I sleep better... I FEEL AMAZING!!?
This is the longest I have lasted on CD and I'm so glad I've stuck it out!!
Hopefully I will be near enough 2st lighter by Monday.... Here's to the next 2, and the next, and the next......CD ROCKS!!!arty0049:
