What a difference a year makes

This time last year I had just reached my goal, but decided not to start RTM until Jan because I was terrified of eating again.
A year on - I went to a Christmas do in Brighton last night in a mini dress and high heels and felt fab.
As Jez has said on her thread. I was aware of admiring glances and my hubby was proud- and I loved it
