I lost 6lbs last night bringing my 14 day loss to - 14lbs!

Woo hoo! Have had a really tough week and this has totally spurred me on!

I'm going to try and increase my water intake to 5ltrs a day so i can keep flushing away those toxins!:tear_drop:

So what if i feel like im drowning inside - Im getting thinner!

Hmmm-- not sure on my total loss to be honest - I want to be lower than 12 stone but ive never been that size as an adult so i may adjust my goals as I get nearer.

So, another 3 stone to go minimum - think I might aim for 3.5 stone just to allow for a bit extra. I want to get to this weight in the foundation stage though - Im just concerned about losing more on management!
