Very well done hun your doing so fab. I know what you mean hopefulbigchap I am so jealous too this time last year I had lost four and a hlaf stone in 6 months I lost the plot with it though and put 3 and a hlaf stone back on. But at least I am back on track now.

well 2 stone in 5 weeks is unbelievable for me im loving this new way of eating its amazing !!!!

btw tried a pair of tousers on this morning for work and there baggy all round the waist so didnt wear them !
