you could take some roast spiced chicken and/or beef, some fish, you could make some mini quiches, muffins, biscuits, small pot of SF jelly, yoghurt you wont starve! you just need an hour or so in the morning to get everything ready and you'll be fine

cut up bits of turkey, boiled eggs...

These kind of things (and those above) are what I take to work in a packed lunch.
