What are the "healthier" options when buying a chocolate bar?

I love dark chocolate, my hubby bought me a bar the other day, only a sainsburys own one but a large bar with about 15 squares on it, so I can eat a couple a day, that bar had 499 calories in it!!! Never realised that before :S I suppose it's not bad with just eating a couple of squares a day but my god, still alot! lol

nearly 500 calories! I used to scoff a full galaxy bar (the big ones), I don't want to think about how many calories was in that.
I would buy a big bar but I know that I'd end up exceeding just two squares a day, I'm terrible D:

options sachet, whipped into plain/vanilla yogurt is good for a low fat treat too :)

Thank you very much for the list, will note that down. :)
I haven't tried Options yet, keep forgetting to get some when I am shopping!

No problem :)

Tescos, well the one near me at least, are doing 5 of the satchets for a pound at the moment which is great.
For two pound I can get all the flavours :D

P.S just realised how many mistakes there were in my last post, I suppose that's what I get for rushing and not proof reading :O
