What are the syn values for King Prawn Korma, Pilau Rice, Boiled Rice and Sag Aloo?

Just for future reference if I ever get an Indian Takeaway. I only like Prawn (preferably King Prawn) curries but I love Sag Aloo aswell. Also I would like to know the syn difference between Pilau and Boiled rice so I can decide whether Pilau would be worth the extra syns (I assume it will be more syns, but not sure if it is much more or just a little more). Thanks in advance.

Boiled rice is free
Pilau rice is:
Indian Restaurant, Rice, pilau, average portion, 180g serving 2½

(Ive got to say, my Indian's 'portion' is at least twice that size )

This is the closest I can get to Saag Aloo:
ndian Restaurant, Gobi Aloo Saag, average portion, 320g serving 11

For the prawn curries, just pick something in a tomato base, or basically just something thats not creamy or nutty. Like:

Prawn masala & rice, standard, 400g medium 5

And not so much:

Indian Restaurant, Prawn Bhuna, average portion, 380g serving 10
Indian Restaurant, Prawn Biryani, average portion , 425g serving 15

Thank you! Prawn Masala sounds good, will probably just go for that and boiled rice if I get an Indian Takeaway. Will give the Sag Aloo and Pilau Rice a miss.
