what are these new porridge shakes or meals

    i know that these may be for later stages of cd but my consultant has not mentioned these as he knows i only like shakes and bars and tetra briks when doing sole sorce as i am at the moment any body advise me on these (i belive there are 2)

    They are for now, any stage I believe, hope so anyway, I started ss on 1 Jan and am loving the porridge!
    In comes in plain, which is tasty, and apple & cinamon, which I am yet to have!
    Spk to your cdc, they make a nice change to the norm of shakes and soups.

    thanks these are new to me i have lost 13 stone on here before and i think my cdc thinks i only have the same thing each weigh in ,i started back in the first week in december and up to the last weigh in i lost 29 lb and that was having 2 days off on 1200 over xmas through medical problems etc i have 4 stone to lose by march 15 th my little ladies 65th birthday and i will do it

    WOW, 13st - thats huge, well done!
    You'll def lose the weight, you have done it before so you know the routine!
    I wish you every success, do mention the porriddge to your cdc, I promise, it makes a nice change!

    thanks i will be seeing him tuesday my photos should still be on here from 2006 slimmer of year comop which i was one of the runners up that made cd worth it in itsself

    I only started on 30th Dec and was giving Porridge very nice, and good to sit down and have 'breakfast'

    I email my CDC 2 days before with my order (as requested by her) and then it's ready so we can have our chat without having to spend 10 mins umming and rrring:8855: works good for me!

    Good luck with your last stages;)

    thanks my cdc is one of the best and has a lot of health problems at the moment and has forgotten to tell me about these ones will tell him off tuesday hee hee

    just left cdc and he told me about them today had my first apple and cinemon for lunch ,they are great wish they had been around last time and to top it up i lost another 4lb this week thats 33lb in 4 weeks who said this diet dont work

    I had the porridge this morning, and it was ok, tasted a bit bland, maybe a bit like baby food??

    Anyway, Im sure i read somewhere on here that someone sprinkles some chocolate powder from a cd shake before mixing the porridge....I think that sounds yummy so Im gonna try that tomorrow...:D jazz it up a little bit...

    just had porridge one for lunch and i thought it was great not as good as the other one ,my little lady said it was tasting of sweetner to her
