What are we eating today?

B:2 boiled eggs
S: cheese
L: chicken salad with parmesan
D: chicken soup

Ex: 40 minute walk and yoga class (1.5hrs)

B - leftover meatballs fried in some butter with a couple of eggs (by the way, nice meatballs Jim! i left out the breadcrumbs)
L - cheese, salad
D - chicken breast in bacon, veg

Wendy - first of all i was worried about getting enough veg but have found i've had plenty - probably as many or more than i was getting before! I take a salad to work for lunch then have veggies in an evening. Hope it's going well for you.
 
Morning all!

B: 2 fried pork loin steaks with fried eggs.
L: I'm meeting Colleen today.
D: Moussaka layered with aubergine instead of potato.

I woke up with a growling tummy so its gona be a hungry day today!! so ive come prepared¬

B- MIM with half a kebab in it like a sandwich (yum!)
Snack- Same as above (these are 2 smaller mim's made with batter for one)
L- chicken, kebab an cheese
D- Cooked tuna and salad
 
B: mushroom omelette with a little gammon
L: egg mayo and tuna salad
D: salmon and salad
S: wait and see, whatever I can find I guess.
 
B - sausage and omelette
L - pork tongue salad
D - whatever mum is cooking
S - porkie scratchings

Omelette, smoked salmon and cream cheese, turkey casserole, cheese for snack

Last night i had chicked breast (boiled with seasoning)
mashed cauli with cream cheese and a think layer of cheese melted on top! WAS SOOO nice and really easy to make!

D: Bolgnase

Exercise : treadmill 40 mins (jog 24 walk 16)
 
Breakfast: Chocolate MIM with cream cheese frosting.

Lunch: Omelette with lots of veggies.

Dinner: Low carb pasta with grated cheddar cheese, generous portion of dark green cabbage.

Snack: To be decided!
 
B: Salmon and cream cheese
L: Kippers (sorry Jim ive jumped on the bandwagon) mayo and salad. This is so yummy! I'm going to have it again tomorrow
D: Roast chicken and veg.
 
I am sorry everyone, have decided to do weight watchers instead, a friend of mine has talked me into it, thank you all for the support, good luck all with the weight loss xx
