What are we eating today?

I know love. People come and go a lot.

Morning all

B: Sausage egg and bacon.
L: The Cafe as usual
D: TFIF, the pub and then a donner and onion salad.

L - left over butter chicken from last night
D - wine and kebab
S - pork scratchings

I have been very naughty this week and have drank wine every night :S

oo, late posting today!

B - steak and eggs, yum!
L - cheese and salad with mayo
D - stir fry turkey and veg, glass (or 2!) red wine

As you say, TFIF!
 
Felt really ill today (atkins related) so skipped breakfast and went back to bed... Feeling a little better.

L - Turkey (from the deli counter), salad and boiled egg
D - Gammon, bacon, mushrooms and salad with mayo

S - 1 Babybel
 
Sona - you can make cheese on toast with MIMs! I slice the MIM in half, put cheese on top, sprinkle with pepper and melt in the micro or under the grill. Bliss. Once you try your first MIM it usually signals the start of an Atkins-friendly love affair! Cook the MIM 'spread thin' in a rectangular dish or lid and you have sandwich bread. I even make eggy bread (some call it French Toast) that way. Gonna make some today!

Breakfast: Coffee with cream, Atkins bar.

Lunch: MIM dipped in beaten eggs and water, and then fried. Sliced fresh tomatoes.

Dinner: Cauliflower and broccoli sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese.

Snack: To be decided.
 
B:2 hard boiled eggs and gammon
L: cabbage & leek stir fried in butter with something!?!?!
D: stilton stuffed mushrooms then boursin stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon with brocolli
(we're having a nice meal after DD has gone to bed)
 
Still feeling down, Fuzzy head, not a headache as such but a heavy head. Feeling better though, and work keeps my mind of it.

B - Bacon, Boiled Eggs and Mushrooms.
L - Pork Loin slices and salad, with mayo.
D - Will be Beef curry some how, (time to experiment) With veg.

Lots of water :) Going strong this time!
 
Lunch in the end was cabbage and leek fried in butter then I stirred through a blog of garlic and herb soft cheese with a salmon fillet. Yum!

B @ 5am this morning! bacon and eggs
Snacks throughout the day - 1 oz cheese, 10 olives, 2 Atkins day break bars
D - chorizo, onion, red pepper, cheese, eggs (a variation on a Delia recipe someone posted the other day). Red wine (ah, i love being on OWL!)

Reason for the snacks instead of a proper meal - i've been out all day, freezing in a farmers field doing some bird work!

What is a MIM? Im starting Atkins/Low Carb tomorrow and cheese on toast sounds good!
