What are we eating today?

Man that was a grumpy post yesterday. Sorry peeps. :D

b - Mattesons omelette
l - chicken, mayo, baby spinach, rocket, cucumber & green pepper
d - grilled pork loin steaks with broccoli, cauliflower & cabbage
sn - pepparami, cheese
fluid - 1 large tea with ff milk, 4 litres water, 2 decaf coffee with cream
e - 50 mins cycling, 45 mins walk, 30 mins pilates

New resolutions:
1. Stop weighing every day!
2. Stop setting arbitrary goals and then beating myself up when I don't meet them. It will happen when it happens!
3. Keep it clean and green. The bars & other products stall me, sadly. Back to Atkins Classic until I'm at goal.

B: Last of the Beefburgers and sausages from Sunday, the fridge is now clear of left over meat. :)
L: I'm meeting Colleen today, I'm hoping for a fry up.

yesterday:
Breakfast - egg n bacon
lunch - cinnamon mim with cream & atkins cheescake
Afternoon snack - really horrid salt and black pepper chicken from waitrose
dinner - burger, cheese, egg, green pepper & atkins crunch bar

yesterday

breakfast - bacon,2 x sausages and egg
lunch - beefburger with cheese and mayo
dinner - steak and lettuce,pepper,cucumber,onion,spring onion and some sour cream.
snacks - fridge raiders, atkins choc bar and chicken
drinks - coffee and loads of water

cant believe im eating all that and losing weight!! amazing. quick question, if im drinking diluting juice in my water would this be counted as my water intake for the day? or does it have to be just water?
 
thanks i was worried i wasnt drinking enough water but i drink plenty with diluting juice.

Its the only way i can drink so much of the stuff. Just be sure to count your carbs in for the juice though. Oh and be careful as the citric acid in it can make some people stall
 
Hi All,

Today I am eating:

B/L: bacon eggs sausage mushrooms
D: Chicken with brocolli cheese
S: none
W: two litres up to now
E: none
 
Same breakkie/lunch as yesterday, actually just had it so does it still count as brunch? Anyway, this is due to exams starting too early in the morning so not enough time to make anything and anyway am not really a morning eater..

B/L: 3 egg omelette (onions, bacon and mushrooms)
D : Beef Steak with spinach

3litres water - have already had several cups of coffee, exhausted now think am gonna have a wee nap.
