D: chicken, cauli cheese, cabbage, green beans, 1 yorkshire pud and gravy

Hello all - been away for a few weeks following family crisis, but getting back to normal now thank goodness.

Have slipped a bit and put a few pounds back on but am back on track.

B - 2 scrambled eggs
L- Corned beef salad
D-Prawn salad

Not enough water.
Half hour run
 
Good morning all, I'm on strict induction this week prior to going away next week.

B: 3 egg omelette with chopped up lamb joint.
L: NOT the carby Cafe, I have bough a salad and the last of the Lamb joint in to work.
D: Pork Chops and steamed cabbage and leek with some Pak Choi.

Evening everyone its Monday yet again!

B - Atkins bar on the move as late up for a change!
L - Couldn't decide what I wanted so had some cold Chicken Breast and 3 sticks of celery with some paté (Tescos Farmhouse 2.4 per 100g)
D - Can't decide again so may be Lamb curry with spinach and mushrooms or more paté and celery

W - Only 2 litres so far but will be at least 4-5 before bed, 2 lemon & ginger teas, 1 coke zero and off to mothers tonight so will be plied with alcohol so will just stick to either 1 glass of vino or a JD and diet coke

E - May be drinking but at least I'm walking there! and doing shake weight workout too.
 
Hi everyone. Well day one out of the way and going great so far:D For my eats today I have had:

Breakfast: Bacon, 2 x sausages 0.5g carbs each and a couple of eggs

lunch: Chicken and salad

Dinner: Chicken, brocoli, cabbage tossed with smoked bacon

Drinks: Coffe this morning with some cream ( Yum) and 2.5 ltrs of water so far.......
 
B: 2 pork loins, fried egg white and mushrooms.
L: Rottiserie chicken leg and breast.
D: Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and boursin, wrapped in proscuitto with mushrooms, spinach and a few florets of broccoli.
W: 3 litres
S: Pork scratchings.
E: None. (will do extra tomorrow)

Good morning all = just clouded over here in kent which is a bother as I have just stripped off the couch covers to wash and dry - hey ho.

B - Bacon lardons and Pak cho fried in butter - yum.
L - ham salad
D - chicken stuffed with mattsons, wrapped in bacon with some green veg

was desperate to try the ice cream receipe yesterday but cream my had gone orf :rolleyes:

E - Run for half hour this morning
W - 2 pints so far.

D: Cheeseburger recipe off here and either salad or broccoli!
water: 2 ltrs so far and a small glass of coke zero for a treat:D

Gotta go and find that cheese burger recipe now, speak later! got to get my posts up to 50 to see the piccies.

I was watching a cooking programme last night and thought id share this with you as it looked delicious and so simple. Thinly shreadded lettuce, parma ham (or ham of your choice), mixed with a little lemon juice and olive oil.
 
B: 4 rahers streaky bacon, egg white and mushrooms.
L: Chicken thigh and a few wings.
D: Chicken breast stuffed with boursin and spinach, with mushrooms, wilted spinach and a few florets of broccoli. (had it yesterday too - delicious!)
W: 2.5 litres
E: Park with the kids.
S: None.
