i could live on the stuff lol

B - jamie oliver sicilian sossies, 2 poached eggs and mushies
L - pork scratchings (got my scissors at the ready) babybel and olives with feta if needed
D - pork loin steaks with a cream mustard and mush sauce and greens in garlic butter
a - loads

Jim what do you usually have at the carby cafe?
 
I had a fry up this morning but it didn't help! Still it means I'll prob drink less tonight..... mind you hair of the dog might work lol

B - sausages and eggs, 2 teas
L - lamb and lettuce
D - maybe tuna salad
W - 2 litres
E - 1 mile
A - yup, big catch up with mates tonight, will go late :)

Fri (yay) 12/11 - Maint
B Flaxmeal porridge with cream
S 2 slices corned beef with a bit of HP
L Omelette with broccoli, chilli flakes and full fat cream cheese
S Tuna mayo with cucumber
D got some turkey steaks out - made a curry and had it with left over broccoli

W - usual 4 litres plus loads of coffee
E - more sorting of kitchen and putting stuff away probably - or maybe not lol
A - more than likely - well it is weekend! Am still resisting but my resistance is weakening lol

Morning all, Mmmmmm pork belly yum yum

Morning Jim! How do you usually cook your Belly Pork, I chopped mine up like fat lardons last night and I think they were even nicer (maybe because I love the fatty bits browned and you get more browned bits when you do it that way lol). As they are so cheap I would love some variations on top of pan frying them and feeding my face!

D - Giant rump steak with pan fried buttery spinach & mushrooms
S - Pepparami Hot, Marmite cheese and jelly & cream
W - 2 litres + Black Coffee
 
Hi all, very late but I was out earlier.

B - scrambled egg
L - tin of sardines
D - the pie, the pie! (and some lettuce and mayo)
S - half a MiM, fair quantity of 3 different cheeses, three slices corned beef (no bars for the 5th day) :D
W - loads
E - 8.2m run this morning
A - 3/4 bottle of wine (here comes the weekend!) :)

A - er, a lot more than I had planned - went into town shopping with my friend and ended up in a bar for the last hour or so, then had a couple of vods when I got home. ;)
 
Evening All - the lurgy has finally caught up with me but I ain't giving in! The weekend continues as planned, soooooooo looking forward to the gig tomorrow arvo.

Sat 13/11 - Maint
B - flaxmeal porridge with cream
L - mushroom and mozarella omelette
D - rump steak, feta cheese and lots of green stuff (watercress, baby spinach and baby lettuce hearts)
S - 2 pieces of 85% choc, cream in a coffee, a bit peckish now as we had dinner very early for us, a slice of pork pie with egg calls my name - pastry over to the dog of course.
W - about 2 litres, lots of coffee, mostly black.
E - more work in the kitchen putting stuff away, up and down steps for all the top cupboards being so short.
A - 1 red wine and 1 white wine, irish whiskey with water to follow
 
Sorry you're not feeling great Bren - do take it easy, you've been working hard on all the kitchen stuff.

And hope the head's not too sore tomorrow Water! :)
