Very disorganised food day for me - BUT I had to walk past four different places selling pastry and resisted woohoo :)

B - shake
L - having it now - german salami (Waitrose, trace of carbs)
D - chicken and lots of leafy greens
W - not enough today
E - prob about 2 miles
A - none but would love something! (alkie hehe)
 
lol how late are you having lunch??? well done for getting past those pastry shops hon! lol alkie on a school night. :D

L - chicken breast, lettuce, caesar dressing
D - pate, green veg wih cheese melted over (because I can!)
S - slice corned beef, 8 brazils, Mim later with boursin or pate
W - loads
E - 0

Morning all.

B: steak, onions and spinach all fried.
L: The Carby Cafe today, but something legal, still working off the Sunday excesses.
D: Meat loaf because Vicky got me thinking about it and steamed cabbage and kale.

L - 1 1/2 huge burgers with rocket olives and mayo
D - roast aubergine with blue cheese and crispy bacon and some spinach
s - nothing
w - 3+ litres plus black coffees and green teas
a - no
ex - am 6 min cross trainer, shake weight and 100 leg masters. pm - 20 mins cross trainer (fingers crossed) 10 mins step

Afternoon All :D
Tues (omg is it only Tuesday) 16.11 - Maint
B - flaxmeal porridge with cream
S - 2 slices corned beef with a bit of HP
L - 3 home cut slices roast pork with salad and lc coleslaw
S - tuna mayo with cucumber
D - bacon and omelette with mozzarella, cauli and baby spinach

E - definitely tank maintenance tonight so a short walk only
W - 4 litres plus coffees
A - just a small medicinal one lol (or 2)

ooooh last night had pork chops with cauliflower and leeks mashed up with cream cheese.... sooooooooo yummy!!

I am now keeping a 'carb tally' through the day to make sure i don't go over without realising... i'll let ya know how it goes!

i use my fitness pal to count my carbs :D
 
I just did KISS, 3 chopped mugs of green veggies a day and no processed meat, well except for bacon and 100% meat Sos

Not on induction Vicky. It was hard but worth it.

actually, no I did have Mayo thinking back, but I had to give up all cheese, it just totally stalled me every time.
 
I could never figure out why some can eat as much cheese as they like and still lose and others not Susie.
