d-meat bolognaise and cheese ( no pasta)
jelly and cream

Never mind, the rest sounds totally lush Lisa. Love ood chips!

B - 2 fried eggs, 2 bacon, mushrooms
L - slice of ham and some cheese
D - veg (not enough lamb for all of us once I'd cooked it) :(
S - Atkins advantage bar, mim later, must make pate now!
E - 0 - AGAIN (Beth you are doing so so well!)
W - not enough - AGAIN!
A - oops, really meant not to, but accidentally split a bottle of red with OH :eek:

thanks Kat1e reason for that is going away tomorrow for 3 days so no fresh veg in the house !!! yes i have a freezer ... had lots the last 2 days ........ thanks xx
 
Other than the lack of veg/salad, the menu looks good mustdoit. :)
 
Can I ask how many celeriac pieces you make when you have them? I cooked 100g tonight along with 2 cups of greens.
Trying to keep my carbs really low as havent lost anything since doing this and I reakon its my carb intake.
B 1/2 mim with egg and bacon filler topped with mexicon cheese slice
L 2 chicken thighs on their todd.
D 2 bratwurst with 100g boiled celeriac and 100g fried greens.
S jelly and cream..
W 3ltrs
E nope

Off to bed coz still feel rubbish.

L: Not Legal, we have meetings on and off all day, so finger food.
D: Pan fried monkfish and steamed cabbage 'n' leek with loads of butter
 
Im on my 4th day today and think i have eaten the wrong thing.

L. Stuffing wrapped in bacon x2 from the hot counter at Tesco's, bet the stuffins full of carbs, didnt think, just swallowed.
D. Baked fish in butter sauce cabbage and leeks.
 
Hey moti17, day 4 for me too. I think my carb intake is too much so today I am really trying to sort it out

B - Mim s/f jelly and cream (couldn't face meat this morning!!)
L - Sausage, mushroom and cheese omelette
D - pork and 2 cups of veggies
s - not sure but prob s/f jelly and cream (again!!)

w - buckets
e - maybe a walk to get ingredients for mims lol!!
a - none (don't miss it really)

Your baked fish in butter sounds fab as well Jim's steamed cabbage and leeks in butter.....yum yum

Moti, the stuffing probably was carby but it won't necessarily have taken you out of ketosis. Just cut back on the carbs today and keep going.
