What are we eating today?

Late one from me

B: protein shake
L: protein bar (at a christening with all beige food!!)
D: baked basa with basil butter & steamed veggies
 
Thank you all for your help, I do have the Atkins book as I have tried this eating plan before, will be starting this Wednesday...would it be ok to post my daily menu on here? Also would it be ok to have an atkins choc bar daily...they sell them in Boots only 1 carb per bar.....
 
Thanks ditzeblonde, will have to leave them unless i become really desperate. I do have another question (sorry) i know how to post a message, but when someone replies to me like your good self where will i see the info letting me know so i can reply back??? Am rather confused with it all at the moment :(
 
B - Quorn sausage, meat-free burger (found them in the freezer and they need using up), 2 eggs, all fried up
L - tuna and salad
D - today i really will make Jims meatballs!

Coffee and cream, 2L+ water

Walk to work and back (2 miles each way)

Morning all

B: Poached eggs on brown toasted wholemeal.
L: The Cafe as usual.
D: Pan fried fish and white wine sauce with fennel and brocolli.
 
I get so stuck for breakfast - it is my worst meal of the day on Atkins!! so not sure yet!!!

lunch: smoked salmon salad
dinner: chicken and mozarella cheese with ratatouille
 
morning :D
B:- bratwurst and 2 fried eggs
L:- chicken salad
D :- steak and cabbage/kale stir fried with bacon
Snacks - babybel
 
B:2 boiled eggs
S: 2 babybel
L: grilled mackeral and leaves
D: chicken soup

Ex: treadmill x 40 mins (jog 20 walk 20)
 
ditzee can I ask what protein bars and shakes do you get? They would be handy to have in
 
B: couple of slices of left over beef with cream cheese on the top
S: MIM with cream cheese
L: 2 sausages with salad
D: faux cottage pie (cauliflower top)
 
mashed cauli with butter is good Suzie. :D
 
Im back, can never quite hack LL. I cant cope with not eating at all:sigh:

Jim had them on his list one day and I have been dying to have some since,delicious!
D. Pork steaks and cauliflower and green beans.
maybe some cheese sauce made with cream.
didn't lose anything this week yet everyone is asking me if I am losing weight ,Strange.
Reckon I had to much cheese last week.
