What are we eating today?

b - bacon & eggs
l - mackerel & salad
d - low carb shepherd's pie with asparagus (if my local shop has any)
sn - cheese & pepparami, Sprite zero
 
B- Nothing oops!!
L- Asparagus wrapped in bacon with boiled eggs
D- Pork steak with cauli mash

S- none so far
E- absolutely nothing :eek:

3 litres of water and gonna have some wine tonight :D
 
B=a teeny tiny bowl of left over chilli!
L=Hestons recipe for steak, rocket and parmesan (im putting it on the recipe thread in a bit, you must try it, mega yum)
D=bacon joint but dont know what to have with it yet
S=none yet
E= 45mins on wii and 10mins wobbling later

L: flax brie & bacon sandwich
D: steaks with creamed leeks, cabbage & bacon

B: none (didnt get outta my pit till 10.30 lol)
L: last nights moussakka, (all gone now)
D: 3 sausages, cauli, broccoli, gravy
P: lime SF jelly, double cream

wine and not enough water

no red bull as i think thats whats stalling me......that or the wine and im stopping the red bull first lol

E: Rest day today, sailing will be the closest to exercise I get today LOL

Think I'm going to have to do a couple of weeks of strict induction! Lost the two pounds I somehow gained last week but no more :cry:
Need to go shopping tho, have no eggs, no cream.....I can't survive without those two things!

Ooh Linzi, im sooooo coming for dinner. That sounds like my idea of heaven. What veggies do you use?
