What are we eating today?

B: 2 eggs, scrambled with 2 pork loins.
L: Chicken wings with salad.
D: Chicken breast with spinach.
W: 2.5 litres and counting.
S: None.
E: Wii Fit for 20 mins and Just Dance for 20 mins.
 
Today ive had:

Breakfast - 1 fried egg, 3 rashers of bacon

Mid morning snack - mini babybel

Lunch - Asda chicken tikka slices

Afternoon snack - minibabybel, few more chicken slices

Dinner - tesco ultimate burger with 1 fried egg and cheese with yellow pepper, atkins decadance bar.

Water - approx 4 pints
2 cans of coke zero

Exercise - big fat nothing!

B: 2 bacon 2 scrambled egg
L: MIM and roule cheese
D: 3 sausages 1c each :D, salad feta and olives.

3 voddys and water (not much though)

off to bed as i cannot keep my eyes open, night all xxx

Lunch: Low Carb Pitta with egg mayo filling

Dinner: Salad with tiny bit dreamfields pasta elbows and grated cheese

Snack: If needed
 
Afternoon all! Gorgeous day out, back in for a bit as I am burnt to a crisp and I had spf 50 on!

B: Flax porridge, 1 T sf maple syrup, blueberries, 2 rashers bacon
L: Lavash bread, peanut butter
D: Ribs, cauliflower "potato" salad, coleslaw, white wine spritzer or 2 :)

S: 6 brazil nuts, celery sticks
E: 18 mile hike, spring cleaning
W: 4 litres

B - Kabanos Sausage
L - Chicken, 1 HB Egg, bit of grated cheese and salad
S - Fridge Raiders and Babybel
D - Doner meat and garlic mayo

W - 4 litres and 2 coke zeros
E - Just been walking round Parkgate retail park for hours helping hubby pick out a suit, shirt and shoes for meeting his new big boss tomorrow

water: tried to drink all day but no idea how much

Oh dear, I have discovered the Atkins crackers, 25% off in Boots... they are luvverly with a bit of cheese & ham, but sooo carborific I think I will have to give them a miss once i've used up this packet.

d - 3 crispy chicken thighs, steamed broc/cauli and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter
sn - Atkins cracker with cheddar & ham.

drank waaaaay too many sugary cocktails on sat (naughty me) fizzy frog was the best one. Oh well back on track but sat coming will be a bad one too lol

B - sausage and 2 poached eggs
L - chicken salad and mayo
D - chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese and greens
s-pepperami

and 54 litres of water to rehydrate myself :D
 
Morning all

B: Left over steaks and Burgers from the BBQ yesterday.
L: The Cafe, but something induction friendly.
D: We have loads of stuff left from the BBQ, I might even fire it up again this evening.
 
Jim arent you having lunch or dinner cos the weather is gonna be so bad? lol

L - Tuna Mayo with watercress, lambs lettuce and romaine lettuce
D - Pork steaks with spring greens

W- 2.5 litres down already and 3 black coffees
E - 4 or 5 miles with the dog once it cools down this evening
S - only if needed (pork crunch or cheese)
 
Quak only 4lbs to goal? Awesome you must be really pleased :)

D:not sure yet - got a Hospital apt for Daughter this evening, something on the run most likely!
