What are we eating today?

Morning all.

B: Last of the BBQ left overs, 4 sausage, small steak, 2 lamb chops.
L: Something legal as I'm on induction for the weeding on Saturday.
D: Danish meatballs and steamed spinach and cabbage 'n' leek.

I'm down a pound on posted weight already ;)
 
I'm up a pound on yesterday. :(
And into the bin the Atkins crackers go. Or "the other half" as he is otherwise known!

REALLY fed up now, just feel like I'm still not getting anywhere and it's been this way for months, not just the couple of weeks I've been back here. :(

b - 2 bacon 3 egg
l - chicken mayo salad
d - chicken thighs blah blah blah

Morning all!
Well yesterdays menu consisted of
1.5 sausage and egg muffins 2c
tuna salad with mayo (3c)
gammon with egg and blue cheese sauce, courgettes fried with parmasan (roughly 9c)
then I had a glass of wine, oops! (4c?)

Today is going to be:
2 sausage and egg muffins (3c)
egg mayo salad (5)
steak with some sort of sauce and veg (8c)

no wine today!!

Hi - you do sound fed up! Don't you think that your stall might be because you don't have much left to lose? I was looking to buy some crackers but maybe I won't!

B - Atkins Daybreak bar
L - salad with tuna mayo
D - salmon, broccoli, cauli with cheese
S - boiled egg, pepperami
 
Todays menu goes:

B = 3 egg omlette with 2 slices ham, coffee with 2 sweetners & 1 tbsp double cream
L = Tuna salad with mayo
D = Ham & cheese salad with mayo
S = Half a Mattesons smoked pork sausage (0 carbs)

Does this look OK to everyone (need to check)? Also whats the limit on mayo per day please because I really struggle to eat salad without it :)
 
I never limited the Mayo Lisa, I just factored the carbs in for the day.
 
yesterday:
breakfast: egg n bacon
mid morning: cinnamon mim with cream
lunch: mexican chicken&atkins bar
dinner: chicken stuffed with babybel and wrapped in bacon served with yellow pepper & homemade atkins cheesecake.

L- cauli pizza thingy
D-garlic butter chicken with leafy greens
 
Well today is my new day one so here goes!

B - Atkins Choc Orange bar (was on the run)
L - 3 Chicken Legs, 100g salad (cucumber and celery) and 2tbsp mayo
D - Not worked it out yet but will probably be Chicken Breast and 100g (weighed raw) of spinach cooked in butter.
S - Had a couple of pieces of coconut (Tescos do a tub thats 1.8g per 50g - I've had about 25g but won't be having anymore today)

W - Nearly 3 litres so far but will be 5 litres at least by bedtime
E - Will be on the cross trainer tonight if it kills me and some sit-ups to start getting rid of my muffin top thats re-appeared in the last couple of weeks!

Who stole the sun??? It's been miserable here today.

My menu today is:

B: Chicken wings
L: Chicken and bacon mayo with salad (lettuce and cucumber)
D: Carbonara with cauli rice

S: none
W: 3 litres up to now
E: none
 
Brunch: 3 egg omelette (onions, bacon and mushrooms)
Dinner: Chicken with salad (lettuce and cucumber)
 
B: 3 boiled eggs and two slices of cheese
L: 4 mini cucumbers with 1 1/2 tablespoon spinach cream cheese
S: can of spicy V8 juice
D: piece of oven steak in a onion pepper and garlic broth

W: 2 liters (need to up this!)
E: none but walked all round IKEA for two hours! -- exhausted now)
 
B - 2 Egg McMuffins (what bit I could get out of the case lol)
L - Tuna Mayo and green salad (various)
D - Eggs and Bacon and spring greens

E - 5 miles - 1.5 hour walk with dogbert
S - MiM with philly
W - 4 to 5 litres plus tea and a few coffees at work
 
B: Nowt
L:corned beef salad, mayo (didnt eat much my tummy still hurts)
D: jamaican jerk chicken, mushrooms, broccoli

no snacks, about 4/5 pints water
3 vodkas
