What are we eating today?

Wednesday - having a hungry day today (probably as a result of my 3 bourbon biccies after I gave blood last night lol- serves me right)

1 - a few spoons of fromage frais before I left home
2 - saus and egg muffin
3 - babybel cheddar
4 - 2 slices corned beef
5 - lunch - tuna mayo salad
6 - babybel cheddar, slice of mim with philly
7 - dinner - cheeseburger pie and spring greens
8 - 2 slices mim with philly
Think that might be it - phew!
Water - 4/5 litres and 4 coffees and 1 tea
E - 1 hour 10 mins with dogbert
A - none - early start at the gym tomorrow

D: cottage pie with cauliflower mash and cabbage
S: hoping to not have any
W: 2 litres so far.
E: cleaned the house and broke out in a sweat!

Settling down to watch the England game this afternoon - I am going back to work on the 5th so making the most of the R + R.

After looking at this I haven't had any veggies at all today, I am slipping. Going to make an effort tomorrow. :sigh:

still not sure what can and cant eat will get book today, have been living on eggs bacon sausage and omelettes. Hope I am reading carb labels correctly on cream for my coffee etc defo know not been having enough as I am new to this game.
Interested to know what are mims and these cheeseburger pies you all seem to love. Choc pudding did someone say choc pudding.........mmmmmmmmmmmmm
 
B - Tin of Tesco chicken in white wine sauce (only 1 carb, beware sainsbury and Asda are much higher)

D Shrimp Egg foo yung, mushrooms and a few cashews

My new digital Salter scales came today, they map your weight and goal weight (only £10 on ebay and next day delivery). They weight me 3 lbs heavier than my old ones tho' so 166 not 163, grr I know that I haven't put on. Hey ho definately not changing post weight will wait for the new scales to catch up :eek:

1 hour at the gym before work
B - home made mim cereal with cream
S - saus and egg muffin - home made
L - 2 chicken thighs with green leaf salad, bit of tom/pepper/cucumber
S - 1 slice of ginger mim with philly
D - cheeseburger pie with courgette ribbons
maybe a bit more mim later
4/5 litres water so far - only 3 coffees (trying to cut down)
More E - 1 hour walk with dogbert
A - very tempted but no

Got a migraine today so finding it hard to eat :(, whole house is blacked out and shouldn't really be on the pc :p

Yesterday's food
B - Cheese and mushroom omelette
L - Tuna salad
D - Corned Beef salad
S - Pepperami

Total net carbs - 15g

Today's food
B - A bit of corned beef
L - Tuna salad
D - Probably pork chops, brocolli and spinach

Total net carbs - 10ish g

I know not enough, will try get back on track when I don't feel as sick :(
 
Day 3
Choc pudding did someone say choc pudding.........mmmmmmmmmmmmm

2 tablespoons of double cream mixed with 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and some splenda. Whisk until an ice cream consistency and you're done. I normally can't be bothered to whisk that long (don't have an electric whisk lol) so mine just looks like chocolate cream :p It's around 2g net carbs but check the labels on the ingredients you use x
 
B - Berries with cream. 9nc
L - avocado and bacon salad. 6.9nc
D - cod in butter sauce, asparagus with garlic butter. 4.7nc

S - 1 sugar feee polo. coffee. 1nc
E - rest day
W - 7 pints

Thanks, feeling much better now, managed to get to lie down this afternoon while my little one was napping earlier which helped alot x
 
Thanks athenagold for the choc pudd......glad your feeling better. I had my first headache this morning. I defo feel lighter. Going to buy my ketostix this morning make sure I am burning off some of this fat.

Actually struggled to eat lunch yesterday and did a kickboxing class so forced some tea down too.

What are mims and can i have on induction....

D - Chilli, added a few beans as have been feeling really weak this last couple of days.

Friday

D - Pork loin, kale and a bit of low carb coleslaw
S - 2 biscuits at work (birthday of boss) 2 slices of mim and philly after night out

W - 5 litres and 3 coffees so far
A - 2 dry white wine and soda and a large irish over ice.
E - 1 hour walk and then the evening out bouncing to the band.
