What are we eating today?

Starting again today, had sausages and eggs for breakfast, might do a corn beef salad for lunch and chicken with veg for dinner.
 
21st august

Yesterday I ate
B Turkey burger on a mim
L. cheese salad
D.Whiting with cheese sauce fried cabbage,celeriac chips
W 3l coffee with cream
E 50 min wii 2hrs housework

Today.
B. Turkey loaf
L.chicken salad
D mushroom soup
W 3l
E 30 min wii fit housework 2hrs

Forget yesterday - was good all day and ended up with fish and chips - doh!

Saturday 21/8 - Maint

B + L combined - 1.5 carb saus x 2, bacon and scrambled eggs, tom.
D - cold meats, spare rib, half a slice of pork pie with egg (gave most of crust to dog and parrot) and salad

W - not enough as it is weekend dammit
E - 2 hours with dogbert - went exploring in the sunshine
A - yes - apple vodka and coke zero and dry white wine
 
22 august

B. Going to try Choc Flaxseed porrige for a change from Eggs.
L.Roast beef Cabbage Celeriac roast potato.
D.not decided yet
W 3l
E 30 min wii fit

Cooked a duck from Tesco today. They're on special offer. Mine said it was 1.6 kilos with the giblets. When I took them out the duck weighed 2 kilos!! Bargain! & tasted lush :D
 
I wasn't doing too bad till we opened the champage to celebrate getting rid of the last of our paperwork from when we had our own business a few years ago...................burning VAT returns sure gives you an appetite lol

Morning all, I'm back and on strict induction, I'm 4lbs up on posted weight, which is 6lbs up on what I was when we went away.

B: Sos, egg and bacon.
L: NOT the Carby Cafe. I going to look for a sad and something.
D: Pork Chops, broccolli and spinach.
 
Welcome back to induction Jim (at least it won't be for very long for you!) - lots of newbies here now.

B - Bacon, avocado and tomato
L - chicken breast with little gem, cucmber and feta cheese salad and a dollop of mayo
D - steak with blue cheese sauce (when I say "sauce" I just mean a dollop on top of the meat hehe)
E - my usual 5,000 steps to and from work

B 2 fried eggs

D. Aldi Bratty with mushrooms and onions.
W.2l plus mint tea.
E 30 min walk 20 min wii fit.
Treat Moser Roth 85% choc only 5.4 carb for 25grm bar but could only eat half lol.

Monty your diary isnt working. You need to firstly go to you calender and select the day you wish to show. If you look at the URL it should have 2 6 digit numbers, that's the URL you need to use.

D - Lamb chops with fried mushrooms, onion and coleslaw

S - peanuts and a sossie.
W - 3 litres

Monday 23/8 - Maint
B - slices of roast beef
L - Cauli and corned beef hash
D - Roast pork and spring greens
S - about 12 macadamia nuts (in 2 sessions) half a mim with cream, one sugar free sweet
E - 1.5 hours with dogbert
W - 4+ litres plus a lot of coffee today, ordinary and decaff
 
Tues 24/8 - Maint
B - omelette with cheese - already made it - just nuke it at work and scoff - it was yummy
L - home made moussaka with courgette and aubergine, leafy stuff
D - roast pork and spring greens
S - mim and butter for supper, half a bag of pork crunch

W - about 3.5 litres plus coffees
E - none - have been online working out which gas/elec supplier to change to
A - nope

Morning all. I'm down 2lbs already, I love Atkins induction. :D

B: 2 x Pork chops and a spinach and rocket salad.
L: Something legal from a Cafe.
D: Meat loaf and fried fennel and celery.
