Just in case anyone is interested, just been to Sainsburys to buy Atkins shakes and they were out of stock. I asked at the counter and they said you can order stuff at customer services, so I ordered 60! Though people might be interested as they are on offer at the moment.
Evening All
Sat 8/1 - Maint (eventually when the crimbo gain goes)
B - usual flaxmeal porridge and cream
L - Morrisons "The Best Chipolatas" 0.5g each x 6 plus 2 poached eggs and broccoli for dipping
D - Roast pork and savoy cabbage with butter and a little wholegrain mustard
S - Thorntons turkish delight bar
W - 1.5 litres but loads of coffee
E - walked to Matalan and back, up hill and down dale
A - the rest of the dry white from last night, probably a whisky for bed later
Balls. I caved in and had ben and jerry's ice cream at the pictures. I didn't even enjoy it. Hope it doesn't mess me up for weigh in tomorrow or knock me out of ketosis.
My stomach is making weird noises, I guess it's not used to dealing with such a high level of carb?
No point in dwelling on it though. Back to normal tomorrow!
