What are we eating today?

Fantastic news James and FJ, you'll soon be chucking the old wardrobe out and getting new stuff!

B - bacon and eggs
L - chicken salad, might try chilli mayo
D - pork belly slices with mustard and cabbage
W - 3 litres
E - walk if it stops raining :(
A - not today
 
Afternoon All
Wed 12.1.11
B - usual flaxmeal porridge and cream
S - slice of roast pork and watercress, 4 slices bierwurst
L - omelette with mattessons, courgette and cheese
S - celery soup
D - braised beef (did it overnight in slow cooker) and something green to go with it, need to thicken it a bit with Xanthen first. oops added a bit too much lol, it doesn't take a lot to put it over the edge into gloop lol - still tasted ok.
S - half a bar Thorntons diabetic choc (and for once it affected me the way it seems to do some of you lot lol)

W - usual 4 plus lots of coffee to keep me awake - 12.30 to bed during the week is a nightmare the following day
E - half hour walk with dogbert, mainly uphill
A - trying not to - have a wedding at weekend I need to be good for

I fell off the wagon so badly yesterday that I decided not to post :break_diet:

but , back on it today and much happier :D

E - not enough, must do something about this but the snow is depressing

I think I know what you mean tho. I think dieting is much harder in winter.

Hmmm, good point. I've been better today!

D; chicken breasts stuffed with cheese, leftover baked mushrooms and large portion spinach
Next week going try to take salad to work for lunch as protein soup is minging!

It was Linz's suggestion. Amazing! I love discovering new things. No idea what it cost as I couldn't find it and Trev found it (only 2 on the shelf) but still got half left after 2 meals so worth it whatever!
