Brunch - 8 spare ribs (roasted in olive oil and a touch of chilli and soy sauce) - feel guilty about eating these as they felt like 'cheat' food, even though i know they're not :eek:

Dinner - king prawns cooked in butter with a little lemon juice, with 1 mug shredded lettuce and 1 mug mushrooms (fried after measuring), bit of grated cheddar on top (2oz)

Snacks - gonna make up a stilton and broccoli soup - 1 mug broccoli, 2oz stilton, 2tblsp cream, salt, pepper. sugar free jelly with 1tblsp cream.
 
B: 3 cheesestrings, multi vit, omega 3
L: Chocolate Atkins RTD, 2x cheesestrings
D: 2x chicken breasts cooked in oven bag with water, butter and spices
