What are we eating today?

B: 2 boiled eggs with butter
L: None - didnt have time and wasnt hungry anyway
D: 3 sausages with loads of salad

S: a little nacho mince with cheese (way too carby but was making it for the kids and made too much so couldnt resist. I didnt eat the nachos though :D).
W: prob around 5 litres
E: Does shopping count?

L - ten brazils
D - pork belly covered in thai green curry paste - a bit burny but nice flavour - broc/cauli/sprouts
S - mim and pate and cheese later, S/F jelly
W - hmmm, could do better
E - 0 - MUST run tomorrow before my legs forget what they're for!
A - oh dear, it's heading that way and it's only 6pm. Half term is bad for me :eek:

I just cant figure out what im doing wrong, my weight started at about 12.12, i lost 2 gained 3 lost 1 gained 3,l lost again then put on 4, which is off again but im now 13.00.
Had been tempting to go back to CD but cant afford to. Not to worry. :(
But well done, did you get weighed at the docs? I bet he was chuffed for you.
 
No idea what to have this morning.

Not sure what's happening with you. Post up a few days menus of everything you eat and drink. Could be something random like cough syrup or hidden carbs in something you'd never expect.

I post up everyday under that sticky. Do have a couple of soft mints most days. Could be that.
Drinking only blk coffee and 3 to 4 ltrs of water. Maybe it mims although i do only have one a day.(what are the carb contents for 1 again) just incase im not counting enough.
Not decided on today yet.
 
Full sugar soft mints? It will almost definitely be that, I'd say. Some people get away with little sugary bits, or at least don't gain, but it does make your insulin spike. They're the first thing I'd cut out - get some sugar free mints!

Hi julz, I had a week with no loss and it was the same week I started drinking "sugar free" squash. Back on water again and in losing . Definately cut out the mints x
 
Just polished off a mini mim fried in butter with chirizo slices and 2 poached eggs. It was lovely.
Lunch wilk be a bag of porkys and a baybel coz i didnt take my chicken out the freezer.
Dinner????

B - usual flax porridge with cream
S - 2 sossies with a little hp sauce
L - tuna mayo, romaine and cucumber
S - 2 mini cheeses
D - roast beef and cabbage/leeks, bit of instant gravy

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - a bit of dancing hopefully
A - for sure - whiskey and ice I think, a small bottle of wine on the go before I go out, the wine in the pub we are going to is rubbish

W- 2 pints so far hopefully about 5-6 pints by the end of the day

Dinner was mince fried with spices aubergine oven baked with olive oil,and egg mix from The Pie. Made a mini pie/ moussaka but couldnt eat it all. Something for later.
