morning all as British summer time begins,hope you all sprang forward with your clocks. :D
sausages,and eggs.
tuns salad with mayo
steak peppers and mushrooms
snack will be chicken wings
lots of water.
cleaning out the fish tank

D Pork Chop salsa and cheese cabbage and carrots+butter
 
Evening all. I fell by the wayside slightly today, but will write it here in the hope that I'll be better tomorrow.

B - two fried eggs
S - Atkins advantage bar (running)
L - corned beef, lettuce and caesar dressing, slice of cornish cruncher cheese, half a tub of cheese coleslaw
S - 115g thorntons diabetic chocolate :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
D - confit of duck leg - not quite falling off the bone, but getting there after a 5 hour cook :)
S - probably celery sticks
W - loads
E - 10 mile run :D
A - zero - I can take it or leave it. ;)
 
wouldn't fancy drinking from there lol
didn't have steak,had salmon instead.
 
I need to start getting into a routine again now I'm not going in to work
 
Yes Jim, will be a bit of a culture shock for you, but you should have loads of time to be creative in the kitchen at least :)

A grazing day today so I don't have chance to get hungry and therefore crave inappropriate food, so far I have had or have still to have............

Quaks Flax and cream
3 low carb sossies
2 slices corned beef and philly
celery soup
pack of prawns with mayo (and a little bit of nandos hot sauce to spice it up)
The Pie and some green veg for dinner

W - back to my usual 4 litres - my kidneys say thank you very much
E - Jillian later (not sure if I will be thanking her or vice versa)
A - nope - my liver says phew!!!

Will having cream/cheese on induction cause me to take longer getting into ketosis?

How do you all cook curly kale? Is it allowed on induction I forgot to check :s ? Xx

Hi, hope you dont mind me joining in with my food diary although i am on a low carb diet but not atkins. I love reading this forum for recipes and inspiration.
B MiM toasted and boiled egg
L prawn mayo on a bed of lettuce
D minced beef burgers with spinach and m/rooms +sugar free jelly
Snacks almonds and peperami
+ lots of water

I am on week 2 and really hope I have a weight loss this week. I lost 5 lbs last weeks and was so pleased.
