What are we eating today?

Breakfast- bacon chop, mushrooms & mixed green salad
Lunch- 2 mini marmite bites, pepperami, olives & feta.
S- pork crunch & 1/4 of a disgusting choc mim with cream. I ate the cream happily.
Dinner- Hmmm decisions, decisions. Probably something with salad. Might do an egg & ham salad. I'm yet to christen it.

I can't find the shakes aaanywhere :( Before I did Atkins I saw them in Boots and Superdrug, I think even in Asda!
But now everywhere I look it's Slim Fast/Celeb Slim/own brand diet shakes :cry:

B -6am :( atkins bar
L- chicken bacon cheese mayo huuge green salad cudnt resist a tomato so i wont eat any more veg today
D - mussels with butter and boursin :)

S - pepperami and bits of cheese throughout day
 
B - carb free sausage
L - great big rump steak
D - more steak with salad and mayo
S - another sausage, piece of salami
W - only about 1L....not enough!
E - gym this morning

B: left over Chorizo casserole.
L: fried steak, eggs, mushrooms and scallions.

:D yes love, it's like an extended holiday, well so far anyway, last day of work today, I have to go in and make a speech and stuff I'm told

Afternoon all

Have a brilliant leaving "do" Jim, don't get too drunk lol - enjoy!!!

B - quax flax and cream
S - NONE!!!
L - celery soup, corned beef and philly "sandwich" minus the bread of course
S - more corned beef if required
D - chicken curry I think - cabbage or cauli rice - not sure yet

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - Jillian if I have time, dancing at the gig later
A - gig = alcohol (at least tonight it does) but that will be 3 days on the bounce which I was trying to get away from........

I'm on day 5 today and all going well so far. This is what I've had to eat so far today.... suggestions and comments welcome (though I cant promise that I'll be polite if anyone suggests that I drop the very small bit of onion in my omelette):)

B: Cheddar Cheese, coffee
L: Feta cheese salad, with prawns, cucumber and mayo on top, coffee

T: Will be a 2 egg omelette with a rasher, a sprinkle of cheddar and a teeny bit of onion thrown in for flavour.

W: 3 pints down so far, another 2 at least before I leave work.
A: None :(
 
Brekkie- I stole and enjoyed Quak's flax recipe
Lunch- tuna & cheese salad with mayo (ate out and left the toms on the side)
Dinner- Minute steaks & salad with caesar dressing and a bit of onion for taste. Was like a homemade kebab, yum.
S- none today
w- probably could do with a couple more pints before bed
