Today I had/ am having:
B- None. Got up late. Oops
L- Turkey, bacon and cheese salad with mayo.
D- Roast chicken legs with cheesy mashed broccoli.
E- Leisurely walk with the dogs- quite a way though.
W- drowning in it
B.scrambled eggs.
L.totally forgot !
D.ribeye steak,salad
w.not enough.

S.nothing as my wings have gone off
and now i have nothing to eat for tonight when i watch diners,drive in's and dives :cry:

L: A huge turkey leg
D: Chicken thigh salad with cheese and more mayo. Mmmm
W: Pints
E: Dog walking and a little treadmill fast walking getting a sweat on
Today was a day off plan - I was out celebrating the wedding and I tried a little of most things. Was as sensible as I could be, and didn't go crazy. Back on to induction tomorrow!
Weighed in this morning and after what has been almost a month of madness i'm 1 stone 3 heavier than my lowest
I have decided to do a modified velocity diet for a month or two (although I reserve the right to fail miserably and return to Atkins with my tail between my legs because it's damn hard!).
I will still post here and on the challenge thread to pick up your great tips because I will definitely come back to Atkins soon,
