Tonight im having Moroccan Meatballs with Couscous yum

Meatballs, Onion, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cumin, Chilli flakes, Tin tomatoes and stock (7pp) and couscous (5pp)

A pork bhuna tonight made with thin strips of pork, a ready made bhuna sauce (low cal from Morrisons - yummy) and 6p worth of boiled rice. I'll be doing a side dish of 'chips' made out of butternut squash to go with it too

A chicken and mushroom balti tonight with 3p of chicken, 2p for a quarter of the ready made sauce, and 6p worth of rice. May pad it out with some free veggies cos I'm starving

Last night I had two birds eye sticky sweet bbq chicken chargrills with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and pickled beetroot (8pps) was really nice

We're having fish and chips tonight with the spicey lightly battered youngs fish for 5p and a small portion of 5% fat chips for 5p and then literally filling the plate up with loads of free salad

Ooh, that looks lovely. Too many carbs for me though unfortunately - cant tolerate them but would love to eat that dinner, lol. Why do you always crave what you arent supposed to have.

Squid cooked for two hours in red wine and passatta with chilli and garlic. Rick stein basque recipe sauce is really silky and worth the wine points. Might have with spaghetti

I had a chicken kebab from the takeaway. It was the chicken breast chunk one on the skewers that is grilled and put in a pitta with salad. I couldn't get a straight pp value anywhere, seems to range from 12-16pp so I went for 16pp to hopefully be safe!!

Hey I think it is about 11, all free on filling and healthy though! The top looks so crispy cos i left in in the oven for ages usually it doesn't crisp at all!
