My fave products are the bars - but TBH they're almost too nice. I find myself really tempted to eat them earlier than I should (the S and S people say we should have 3 - 4 hours between packs to avoid carb overload). I also like the caramel & cookies & cream milkshakes. The food packs & soups are my least favourite but I've got a really sweet tooth so that's only to be expected. What do you like?
well today I tried the vanilla shake (which I couldnt get the lumps out of with the shaker, so left most of it) the lemon bar - which was rich but filling and thinking of a meal pack later. I am on my first week pack and need to order another just thinking...what do I order?
I like the shakes - cookies & cream, hazelnut, caramel, vanilla best.
I dont do soup at all, never have done, never liked soup!!
Like the banoffee porridge, the spaghetti, and cheesey pasta.
Must be the only person who does not like the bars..... lol
The vars are...ok. But I feel sick afterwards. They dont cure my sweet fix. If its not got caramel running through it I dont wanna know!
My favourite bar is Dark Truffa which is divine. I like the others but that's my fave. Food-wise, I like the chilli & spicy spaghetti. I love the banoffee porridge but I know some people hate it - its that really sweet fake banana flavour but I'm a fan of anything sweet. I also like mushroom soup. Of the shakes, my favourites are caramel, cookies and cream and lemon yoghurt.
I don't like the chocolate, mint choc, orange & mango, strawberry, or toffee shakes. I don't hate them but I just don't order them because they aren't in the same league as the others.
So far I am loving the chocolate shake which I add ice too which makes it super delicious and the choc bars are heavenly <3 but only have one every other day as they are so yummy, and so far I have had the spag bol which was really really nice and the chilli which I also enjoyed
The banoffe porridge is nice but this time of year I don't like porridge in the morning but as for the scrambled egg... Yuk! I have had it twice nice and I force myself to eat it!
I have yet to try the hazelnut shake and mint choc and a couple other meals I think next order will have no porridge or scrambled egg!

Just got my new order after not doing this properly for 2 years.
i used to like the crispy choc shake but somewhere along the way they discontinued it
never mind have just tried a teaspoon of both the orange one and the cherry choc and they were both passable. The orange one reminds me of a milky refresher. I also tried a couple of crisps from my snack box. Not keen on the cheese and onion, but the salt and vinegar taste good. I've got a pasta carbonara set out for later, not tried that before. From when I did S&S in 2012 I like the maple and the choc truffa bar, like the pasta and the cottage pie mix. Not keen on the curry.
love the chilli. Also I have splashed out on zero noodles to bulk it out. Get far too grumpy if hungry
I have to admit that i do not have food i do not like;-))) Hahaha)) this is my biggest problem - I love all kinds of food and products;-(((

Hi all started this today as moving to thus from cambridge diet. So far I have had the chocolate truffa bar anf four cheese pasta anf loved them both!! So much tastier than cambridge so far!!!!

Love, Dark Chocolate Truffa, not usually a fan of Dark Chocolate but the consistency is gorgeous and it's really filling. Hated honey and Nougat. Love Spicy Spaghetti and Cottage pie, hate hate hate Pasta Cabonara, probably the most foul thing ive ever tasted.
The Banana shakes were vile, reminded me of antibiotics when I was a kid. Gross! Everything else i've had i've really enjoyed. My faves are oatmeal (lovely and filling), spicy spaghetti with red and green chillis, vanilla and forest fruit shakes with plenty of ice. Wasn't keen on the four cheese pasta, but is nice when poured over cauliflower and broccoli florets. Day five for me, and really impressed with this diet so far x
