They are high cal and processed sachets that are pretty much like a soup with noodles in, some are are free, but don't have too many of them as it affects losses. Pot noodle have brought a mug sachet out too, less cals and would use these over mugshots any day. xx

I wouldnt bother tbh - not great and as EF says some people have affected their losses with them x

We have them down in Cork - well only at certain selected stores that aren't in the City Centre - I get them about once a blue moon
