What Atkins products would you recommend to a Newbie x

    for me cream is a defo. I make 300 mls of milk out of 50mls of cream. just add water. I can't live without a cups of tea. Black is not the same.
    Also a mini chopper, to make salad dressings. A salad is only as good as the dressing!!
    research recipes and plan your meals in advance.
    Don't keep carbo munchies in the house. You may end up picking!!

    Out of specifically the Atkins range. None! You don't need to buy anything with Atkins written on it as its probably overpriced. Buy the book and thats it. That's all I've needed and I'm sure many will agree x

    None of them. Keep it clean and green. Three cups of veg a day and lots of protein. Yummy.

    You don't have to buy anything... but personally I have one of the Daybreak bars every day for breakfast!
    As nothing else comes close to porridge or toast! <3

    Agreed, you don't need to buy any of them, except maybe for convenience, KISS & cleand & green is the way :)
