What boosts your weight losses????

Red days. I love EE but always do a couple of red days before weigh in to boost my loss.

This is not a flippant answer, for me, sticking to plan 100% boosts my weight losses.

When I am a bit lazy and not quite weighing every bit of cheese or cereal and not quite doing the third superfree or not quite counting all those little extra morsals of kids leftovers, my losses slow down.

Variety, planning and sticking to it works fantastically for me!

Nothing for me

tried the speed soup lost half a pound :D
tried eating scan bran everyday yes you guessed it half a pound
plenty of water woop woop gained half
exercise so far half off twice and a gain of 1lb

I think my body just wants to do it slow will be pleased with another half this week at least I will get my 2 stone award

Just before christmas I was 11 5.5 and its taken me till end of april to get to 11st I was getting really fed up but now I have relaxed a bit
Just sit back and enjoy the fact that you can eat lots while on a diet and still lose weight no matter how slow.

1 stone to go for me and last week slimming world website had me as reaching target in 2012 ha ha!!:D after last weeks 1/2 loss it has moved forward to Jan 2011 lol :D
slow and steady wins the game ;)

I think all the ladies have got it spot on.
Drinking lots of water gives me speedier losses, because like SW says, thirst is often confused for hunger, and water fills you up. Just we careful not to drink loads on your weigh in day.
Although I do extra easy, I restrict my intake of carbs (have smaller portions, cut out bread etc) and I find this helps quite a bit.
Also, having a bit of exercise. Doing ten or twenty minutes of manic dancing a day seems to help :p. Just stick on a good song and go wild!

I also found eating soup really helps. It can be the super speedy, or anything with lots of veg. I have one that really cleans you out (if you know what i mean...) It's really yummy too.

Chop up 5 spring onions, three celery sticks and 1/2 a bag of celery,
Add to a pan of boiling vegetable stock, add salt and pepper.
Cook this until soft, then add one grated carrot and wait until soft.
Then add one triangle of dairy lea (as part of HEA), and blend again.
Yum!
