What can I add to my soups?

    I am on Sole Source and wanted to know what is safe to add to the soups - all I know is pepper...

    ah, thanks... I am trying the veg soup tonight and thought it might need a bit of a kick....

    i used pepper and tabasco. actually tabasco helped me a lot during the first few months- when i felt really hungry i poured some tabasco on a plate and ate it by itself:) but i am weird like that, i like things spicy:D

    I always use dried chilli flakes or dried flaked jalapenos. They really give the soups a kick - if you put enough in!!

    I use cajun spice....not sure if its allowed but it gets me thru!! X

    I used to put Bouillon in my soups too. They were a bit dull without anything. Not sure if you can use curry powder?
