What can i do with salmon?

My mum has bought some salmon steaks as i've only ever tried smoked salmon and tinned salmon.

Any sugesstions what we could do with it? Only thing i can think to do is marinade it in soy sauce, but then dont no what to put with it.

How about drizzling some honey on it with black pepper and grill until cooked

Cut salmon into strips and fry wih some lemon juice. Add to pasta along with a Philly sauce (Philly, white wine & dill)

You could also add cooked salmon to a stir fry

Fish cakes. Boil and mash some potatoes. Cook your salmon. To the taties, add some lighter than light mayo, chopped gherkins, chopped capers, seasoning, the flaked fish. Mix up, shape into cakes and brown in frylight.
