asda chickpea dhal would work wih either, beans with the spud or tuna and extra lite mayo , you could have some veg or salad with a salmon fillet or chicken

I always have j/pot with cheese and beans for syn free meal. Or if I don't have a HeA left I have tuna, sweetcorn and ex light mayo at 0.5 syn (I don't use a full tbsp).

I sometimes use either left over chilli or spag bol on my jackets too.

For a quick syn free meal using savoury rice I just add either some left over roast chicken or I dry fry some turkey breast strips and add it into the rice, making a quick chicken fried rice kind of meal.

mmm one of my fave things is a jacket potato, loaded with chilli (mince, garlic, onion, tin kidney beans, little stock made with bovril jar, tin toms) some boiled rice, ADD A HEA grating of cheese and some very low fat yogurt dribbled over the top...yum yum yum!!

Or..weight watchers do a low fat 3% creme fraiche. 2 tbsp for a syn. As a mayo lover, i mix 4 tbsp creme fraiche with 1 tbsp low fat mayo (total 4 1/2 syns) and mix in either prawns of tuna. it tastes like mayo but less sinful, and lovely and creamy in a jacket pot :D
