what can i take??

hey everyone.. i have been off work since yesterday with a chest infection but i have the flu now too.. my head is killin me and my nose is blocked and my sinuses are really bad...what can i take that wont affect the shakes..

Paracetamol, Peppermint Tea. They are the only things I can think of. Everything else seems to be out of bounds. xxx

can i take paracetamol if im taken antibiotics..
