What can I use as a substitute..

...for whipped cream.

I want to make a low syn strawberry trifle but I don't know what I can use for the whipped cream topping. Any ideas anybody?
I won't be using sponges just strawberries, Hartleys fat free jelly, LF custard and whatever I can find as good substitute for whipped cream.

Total greek 100% fat free yoghurt, i had this with strawberries last night topped with sweetner and it was amazing, infact the kids managed to eat most of it for me!! xx

definately low fat sqiurty, there is hardly any syns in it.

Great thanks, I think I'll give the fromage frais and sweetener a go. Can it be whipped up like fresh cream though?
