What one free food item could you not live without when doing slimming world?

Mine would defo have to be mullerlights, i eat them everyday and the choc ones taste soooooo good. Its like you are being naughty but not.

They are my saviour when i want a choc fix :D

Mullerlights for me too.
I eat at least 3 a day, and have a couple of muller ice lollies too!

i think mine would be my fruit and yogurts,yes i like my cheese curls but i could live without that wheres fruit and yogurts i wouldnt make it through the day

Extra Light Laughing Cow cheese triangles... have them everyday as my HEa, usually on Scanbran or Finncrisp.

Eggs and bacon.

Whether it's an omelette, fry up, sandwich or a quiche...I eat eggs and bacon a lot!

pasta'n'sauce is a lifesaver for me.quick and easy when i dont feel like cooking x

Apples! Sweet, filling and good to chomp on whilst watching TV. I eat small ones.

Fruit and veg and sugarfree jelly! Particularly apricots, strawberries and broccoli. I think the sky would fall if I couldn't have broccoli - I eat at least a pound of it a day. :p
