What Days Do You Like The Most?

When I previously did SW I always preferred green days as I found I was always hungry when I did red (this was in the pre-EE days). Now however, I much prefer EE - it fits into life easily,and as a fruit + veg lover, I find it easy to have my third SF. The other week I did a week of green to see how I felt about it, + whilst I enjoyed the meals I ate, I wasn't as satisfied with my weight loss as I am on EE.

Different things work for different people. :)
