Hi ya! I have been swapping from SW and calorie counting for a while now and lost about a stone, I have a really busy week coming up and it would be ideal to follow EE, BUT!!! the last time I followed SW to the letter I gained a lb!!! The last time I joined a club, lost loads of weight by just eating veg and protein, the only week I followed it properly with the syns and HE I gained... I lost faith in it then and just starved myself until I got to goal!! I love the idea of SW but can't get it out of my head that I gained!!! Anyone else had this problem?
