hoping for a good loss
meat, salad etc. Cut out potatoes, rice, bread, pasta and you will find that a majority of your carbs are reduced
well I ate a cheese, proper chedder cheese, and meats like chicken bacon .... I loved stuffing the cheese into thte middle of the chicken breasts, then wrapping it all in the bacon .... slow cooker for the day .... mmmm
I ate omelet too


I WILL be thin!!
Is there a list somewhere of carbs to avoid??
