    Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me please?

    I've just eaten my dinner and had a desert as I had so many points left.

    I still have 7 remaining, do I force myself to eat them or do without?

    I'm not hungry and apart from my hot chocolate (1pp) I would usually not have anything else.

    If it were me, I wouldn't force myself to eat them tonight. But I would try to have at least a few of them.

    If this is a one off don't worry too much, but if it's happening regularly, you need to rethink and plan your days to avoid it, it's a really bad plan to be that much under your dailies every day.
