What do I do now?

If it were me, I wouldn't force myself to eat them tonight. But I would try to have at least a few of them.

If this is a one off don't worry too much, but if it's happening regularly, you need to rethink and plan your days to avoid it, it's a really bad plan to be that much under your dailies every day.
