What do you do for motivation/ distraction

Just wondering what you do for motivation when you feel like you are going to crack lol and how do you distract yourself until the cravings pass

ive read some people look in magazines, at clothes they will buy when slimmer

i have some old photos of me at goal weight i look at
try on a pair of jeans that are 2 sizes too small that i used to wear
and of course i come on here for inspiration and distraction
give myself a pedicure and paint my nails
drink a glass of water

Any ideas gratefully received , some days are easy but on others i need all the help i can get

Drink water, read this forum and surf the net :)
 
Oh, and I'm doing all 3 at the mo! Saturday nights previously generally involved a glass of wine or 3 :)
 
I bought the kids I look after Hamma beads to keep them busy over the holidays and have found i quite enjoy doing them myself
 
This summer has been the perfect time for my diet, I took 6 weeks off to spend with my children, and they have kept my mind free of my own thoughts, however, come september and I'm back at work...that will be the tryer !
 
Well I have a bath. Not very orginal I know. With some nice soap. I've got my daughter to order me some of that lovely Roger & Gallet soap for my birthday next month. It's gorgeous.
 
I'm a bit sadistic and have turned into a feeder. I'm cooking constantly for my hubby and if I'm not doing that I'm cleaning!!
