what doctors note do i need for CD

Hi all CD users.

i am hoping to meet a cd consultant and start this diet plan soon.

can anyone advise what it is i need from the doctor and what it needs to say etc... im going tomorrow for a separate issue so i might aswell get a doctors note whilst im there

how much weight loss do i expect to see in week 1-2? im approx 3 -4 stone overweight.

You will need to see you cambridge consultant first to get the paper that your doctor needs to sign- just be aware that not all doctors are happy with it- I had a huge battle with mine before he would sign it but I've also heard that some doctors are all for it so good luck!
