Coke zero is the recommended one as it has no citric acid. There's also tea!

chicken stock cube ?
i found these helpful when i was freezing cold.

As a drink, what about beef oxo's too?, are they ok whilst on induction, thanks

I thought I would hate cream soda, but it's amazingly lovey. It doesn't contain citric acid and is made from Splenda (can't spell the proper name) x

I think dr peper zero is ok too

The husband did great on Atkins so I am now joining him! I didn't believe it could work until saw with own eyes! Plenty of coke zero for me to keep the cravings away! Hope everyone's diet is going good :)

Your husband did so great, I'm still drinking diet Pepsi, not much just one a day, my cravings have gone now, I dont even think about sweet food anymore haha, I hope you acheive your goal, thanks x
