What exercise do you do?

Hi! I've just started week 3 and I still feel exhausted for most of the day, I'm keeping busy and walking as much as poss but I still feel shattered - my 3 year old loves it, I watch him get up to no good now rather than chase him!!! Will it get better soon? I keep hearing about renewed energy but it's avoided me so far!! x

I do a Pilates dvd(just started that though), also going to start at the gym soon i think. I also do quite a bit of walking :)
