What happens at your 1st weigh in?

Do you literally just get weighed or does your consultant do your measurements etc each time?

Varies from consultant to consultant I think. Mine weighs me every week and does measurements every month or so, and we just have a bit of a chat really.

On my first weigh in my cpc I had to answer a huge questionnaire, she weighed me and took my measurements. Then we had a lovely chat and she told me all about her weight loss journey. She is the main reason ive come as far as I have because she is so supportive.
